Item Condition

We aim to describe each item as clearly and fairly as possible to give you complete confidence in your purchase. Every piece we offer is preloved meaning it has been used and, as a result, may show signs of wear. These gentle marks of time are part of the story and character that make vintage & preloved items so special.

To guide you, we use the following condition scale:

  • Excellent
    Nearly pristine. Very minimal wear, barely noticeable.
  • Very Good
    Gently used. Light signs of use that don’t affect beauty or function.
  • Good
    Visible vintage charm. Moderate wear, still in beautiful and functional shape.
  • Fair
    Noticeable flaws or wear. Still functional or collectible, priced accordingly.

Please refer carefully to all photos and descriptions, as they form part of the item’s condition report. Note that colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

Shipping

  • We offer complimentary tracked shipping Australia-wide on all purchases. A signature on delivery is included with every parcel for added peace of mind.
  • Express shipping is available at checkout for a flat fee of $15.
  • If you would like to add insurance to your shipment, please contact us prior to purchasing so we can arrange it for you.
